Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.


  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship

  • Develop trust advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships


  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Experience with some of the following Anaplan Solutions:

    • Finance

    • Sales

    • Supply Chain

    • Workforce

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


A consultant within our Anaplan practice will play a critical role in developing and delivering solutions for clients under the guidance of an Anaplan Architect.    Consultants will work directly with leading global companies, across all industries.

The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses strong analytical skills, has a deep understanding of Anaplan across different use-cases and enjoys problem solving complex business problems.  To be successful, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts and drive process improvements.  Attention to deal paired with mindfulness of the big picture is essential for the success of this role.


  • Working with business SME’s to understand business and functional requirements

  • Participate in client presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of the solution

  • Build application models that will package specific processes (eg, sales forecasting, financial planning and forecasting, workforce planning etc)

  • Integrate customer data into Anaplan models and support integration testing

  • Provide guidance to junior team members regarding technical configuration, testing processes etc

  • Provide hands-on training to a client’s end-users on Anaplan models and processes


  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • Proficient in Excel and developing customized models

  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills

  • Comfortable with technology and working independently

  • Knowledge of multi-dimensionality and business modeling

  • Proficient in Agile implementation methodology
